Ingredients
1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
8 oz salami, sliced into strips
8 oz provolone cheese, cubed
1 cup marinated artichoke hearts, drained
1 cup roasted red peppers, sliced
1 cup pepperoncini peppers, drained
1/2 cup black olives, pitted
1/2 cup green olives, pitted
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, torn
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
Step 1: In a large bowl, combine romaine lettuce, salami, provolone, artichoke hearts, roasted red peppers, pepperoncini, black olives, green olives, red onion, and basil.
Step 2: In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
