Ingredients
2 medium apples, peeled and diced
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
4 large flour tortillas
1/4 cup brown sugar butter (2 tablespoons melted butter mixed with 2 tablespoons brown sugar)
Optional: vanilla ice cream or whipped cream for serving
Instructions
Step 1: In a medium skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons butter. Add diced apples, 2 tablespoons brown sugar, and cinnamon. Cook for 5 minutes until apples are tender.
Step 2: Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for 20 seconds to make them pliable.
Step 3: Divide apple mixture evenly among tortillas, placing it along the center of each. Fold sides over filling and roll tightly into wraps.
Step 4: In a small bowl, mix 2 tablespoons melted butter with 2 tablespoons brown sugar until smooth to make the brown sugar butter sauce.
Step 5: Drizzle brown sugar butter sauce over wraps and serve immediately, optionally with ice cream or whipped cream.
