1 1/2 cups diced apples (peeled)

Instructions
Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
Step 2: In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
Step 3: In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes.
Step 4: Beat in eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla extract and sour cream.
