Ingredients
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into small pieces
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
Vegetable oil for frying
12 slider buns
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
2 tbsp Sriracha sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp lime juice
1/2 cup shredded lettuce
1/4 cup sliced green onions
Instructions
Step 1: Marinate chicken pieces in buttermilk for 15 minutes.
Step 2: In a bowl, mix flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
Step 3: Heat oil in a deep skillet to 350°F (175°C).
Step 4: Dredge chicken in flour mixture, shaking off excess.
Step 5: Fry chicken in batches for 5-7 minutes until golden and cooked through.
Step 6: Drain chicken on paper towels.
Step 7: In a small bowl, whisk mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, honey, and lime juice for bang bang sauce.
Step 8: Toss fried chicken in half of the bang bang sauce.
Step 9: Toast slider buns lightly if desired.
Step 10: Assemble sliders: place lettuce on bun bottom, add chicken, drizzle with remaining sauce, and top with green onions and bun top.
