3 cloves garlic, roasted and minced
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped

1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 teaspoon lemon zest

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place unpeeled garlic cloves on a small baking sheet and roast for 15-20 minutes until soft and golden.
