1 9-inch unbaked pie crust
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted and cooled
3 large eggs
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg


Instructions

Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Step 2: In a large bowl, whisk together sugar, melted butter, eggs, flour, and salt until smooth.
Step 3: Stir in buttermilk and vanilla extract until well combined.
Step 4: Pour filling into the unbaked pie crust.
