Ingredients
1 lb lump crab meat, picked over for shells
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1/2 cup finely diced celery
1/4 cup finely diced red onion
Salt and black pepper to taste
4 large lettuce leaves (such as butter lettuce or romaine)
Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
Step 1: In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, lemon juice, dill, and parsley. Whisk until smooth.
Step 2: Add the crab meat, celery, and red onion to the bowl. Gently fold together until evenly coated.
Step 3: Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
Step 4: To serve, place a lettuce leaf on each plate and spoon the crab salad on top. Garnish with lemon wedges.
