Ingredients
1.5 lbs baby potatoes, halved
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp dried rosemary
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
Step 2: In a large bowl, toss halved baby potatoes with olive oil until evenly coated.
Step 3: Add garlic powder, paprika, dried rosemary, salt, and black pepper to the bowl and toss to coat potatoes thoroughly.
Step 4: Arrange potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket, working in batches if necessary.
Step 5: Cook for 15 minutes, then shake the basket or flip potatoes.
Step 6: Continue cooking for another 10-15 minutes until potatoes are golden brown and crispy.
Step 7: Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
