Ingredients
2 large russet potatoes (about 1 lb), scrubbed and cut into 1/4-inch sticks
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for heat)
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
Step 2: In a large bowl, toss potato sticks with olive oil until evenly coated.
Step 3: In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne (if using).
Step 4: Sprinkle seasoning mixture over potatoes and toss to coat evenly.
Step 5: Place potatoes in a single layer in air fryer basket (cook in batches if needed).
Step 6: Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking basket halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
Step 7: Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
