Ingredients
1 package (20 oz) fresh cheese ravioli
2 large eggs
1/4 cup milk
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups Italian-seasoned breadcrumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Vegetable oil for frying
1 cup marinara sauce
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
Step 1: Set up three shallow bowls – one with flour, one with beaten eggs mixed with milk, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan, garlic powder, and pepper.
Step 2: Dredge each ravioli in flour, shaking off excess, then dip in egg mixture, and finally coat in breadcrumb mixture.
Step 3: Heat 2 inches of vegetable oil in a deep skillet to 350°F (175°C).
Step 4: Fry ravioli in batches for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
Step 5: Drain fried ravioli on paper towels and sprinkle with salt while hot.
Step 6: Heat marinara sauce in a small saucepan until warm.
Step 7: Arrange fried ravioli on a platter, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve immediately with warm marinara sauce.
