Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened

Instructions
Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
Step 2: In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
