Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 (5.2 oz) package Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese
1/4 cup chicken broth
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Step 2: Pat chicken breasts dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
Step 3: Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
Step 4: Sear chicken for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
Step 5: Remove skillet from heat and place chicken breasts evenly in the pan.
Step 6: Crumble Boursin cheese over the chicken breasts.
Step 7: Pour chicken broth around the chicken (not directly on top).
Step 8: Bake for 20-25 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F internal temperature.
