Ingredients
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
8 oz linguine pasta
1/2 cup unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
1/4 cup chicken broth
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
Step 1: Cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
Step 2: In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
Step 3: Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Step 4: Stir in the Cajun seasoning, paprika, oregano, and cayenne pepper, cooking for another minute.
Step 5: Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
Step 6: Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer, stirring to combine.
Step 7: Add the cooked linguine to the skillet and toss to coat evenly with the sauce.
Step 8: Season with salt and black pepper to taste, then garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
