Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
1/4 cup melted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon paprika
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
Step 2: In a medium bowl, combine parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, dried parsley, salt, pepper, and paprika.
Step 3: In a small bowl, mix melted butter and minced garlic.
Step 4: Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels and place in prepared baking dish.
Step 5: Brush chicken generously with garlic butter mixture, coating both sides.
Step 6: Press parmesan breadcrumb mixture onto chicken, creating an even coating.
Step 7: Bake for 25-30 minutes until chicken is cooked through and topping is golden brown.
Step 8: Let rest for 5 minutes before serving, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
