Ingredients
8 large hard-boiled eggs, peeled and chopped
8 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Assorted crackers, chips, or vegetable sticks for serving
Instructions
Step 1: In a large bowl, combine the chopped hard-boiled eggs and crumbled bacon.
Step 2: Add mayonnaise, sour cream, green onions, dill, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper to the bowl.
Step 3: Gently fold all ingredients together until well combined, being careful not to mash the eggs too much.
Step 4: Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld.
Step 5: Before serving, give the dip a quick stir and transfer to a serving bowl.
Step 6: Garnish with additional chopped green onions or dill if desired, and serve with crackers, chips, or vegetable sticks.
