Ingredients
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour

1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
1 cup canned pumpkin puree
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 large eggs
1 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners.
Step 2: In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and pumpkin pie spice.
