  • Total Time: 40
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Description

A quick one-pan meal featuring tender steak strips in a sweet-spicy honey garlic sauce with pasta, perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

Scale

12 oz flank steak, sliced thinly against the grain
8 oz fettuccine pasta
2 tbsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup honey
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 cup beef broth
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and black pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Step 1: Season the sliced steak with salt and black pepper.
Step 2: In a large skillet or pan, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add steak slices and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove steak and set aside.
Step 3: In the same pan, add garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Step 4: Stir in honey, soy sauce, sriracha, and red pepper flakes. Cook for 2 minutes.
Step 5: Add beef broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine. Bring to a simmer.
Step 6: Add fettuccine pasta to the sauce, ensuring it’s submerged. Cover and cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is al dente.
Step 7: Return the cooked steak to the pan, stirring to coat in the sauce. Cook for 2-3 minutes to heat through.
Step 8: Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and sauce thickens slightly.
Step 9: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
