Ingredients
2 cups broccoli florets
1 large bell pepper, sliced
1 medium zucchini, sliced
1 cup baby carrots
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Step 2: In a large bowl, combine broccoli, bell pepper, zucchini, and carrots.
Step 3: Add olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and black pepper to the vegetables.
