Ingredients
1 lb ground pork sausage
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup baking mix (like Bisquick)
1 can (10 oz) Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies, drained
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2: In a large bowl, combine softened cream cheese, ground sausage, shredded cheddar, baking mix, drained Rotel, garlic powder, and black pepper.
