Ingredients
24 slices hard salami
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup finely chopped dill pickles
1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
24 toothpicks
Instructions
Step 1: In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, chopped pickles, fresh dill, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
Step 2: Lay salami slices flat on a clean work surface. Place about 1 teaspoon of the cream cheese mixture in the center of each slice.
Step 3: Roll each salami slice tightly around the filling, starting from one end.
Step 4: Secure each roll with a toothpick inserted through the center.
Step 5: Arrange roll ups on a serving platter. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
