A sweet and savory glazed salmon that’s perfectly caramelized and ready in under 30 minutes.
Ingredients
4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional garnish)
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2: In a small bowl, whisk together brown sugar, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, olive oil, black pepper, and salt until smooth.
Step 3: Place salmon fillets skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet and brush generously with the glaze.
Step 4: Bake for 12-15 minutes until salmon flakes easily with a fork and glaze is caramelized.
Step 5: Drizzle with fresh lemon juice and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
