1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
2 jalapenos, seeded and finely chopped
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp smoked paprika
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
2 eggs, beaten

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2: In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, jalapenos, garlic powder, and smoked paprika until well combined.
Step 3: Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture and roll into balls.
Step 4: Dip each ball into beaten eggs, then coat evenly with panko breadcrumbs.
