1 lb ground beef
1 onion, diced
3 bell peppers (any color), chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup uncooked long-grain white rice
1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce
1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes
1 cup beef broth
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese


Instructions

Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Step 2: In a large skillet, brown ground beef over medium heat until no longer pink, about 8 minutes.
Step 3: Add onion, bell peppers, and garlic; cook for 5 minutes until softened.
Step 4: Stir in rice, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, beef broth, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Step 5: Transfer mixture to a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Step 6: Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
Step 7: Remove foil, sprinkle with cheese, and bake uncovered for 10 more minutes until cheese is melted.
Step 8: Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
