Ingredients
2 cups coconut milk
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup vanilla syrup
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 bottle (750ml) sparkling white wine, chilled
1 cup ice cubes
Fresh cranberries and rosemary sprigs for garnish
Instructions
Step 1: In a large pitcher, whisk together coconut milk, heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla syrup, nutmeg, and cinnamon until smooth.
Step 2: Gently stir in the chilled sparkling white wine to combine without losing too much carbonation.
Step 3: Add ice cubes to the pitcher and stir briefly to chill the mixture.
Step 4: Pour into serving glasses and garnish each with a few fresh cranberries and a small rosemary sprig.
